Production & Dispatch
Each MIMENINA piece is handcrafted upon request in our atelier, with meticulous attention to detail and artisanal finishing.
All orders require a minimum of one month between order confirmation and dispatch to allow for proper production scheduling, embroidery work, and quality control.
The exact delivery time may vary depending on the number of pieces in your order and the complexity of the designs involved.
Shipping
We ship worldwide through trusted couriers such as UPS and DHL.
Estimated delivery times:
– Latin America: 3–5 business days after dispatch
– Europe & North America: typically within 5–7 business days
– Rest of the world: may vary depending on the destination and courier availability
Please note that shipping costs are calculated separately at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees imposed by the courier or local authorities are the responsibility of the client.
Order Confirmation & Cancellations
Once an order is placed and payment is received, production begins immediately.
Because every piece is made to order and crafted by hand, no cancellations, modifications, or refunds can be accepted after confirmation.
From the moment your order is confirmed, fabrics, buttons, threads, and dedicated artisanal hours are reserved exclusively for your piece.
Returns & Exchanges
Given the bespoke nature of our garments, returns or exchanges are not accepted once the order has been delivered.
We only accept returns in the rare event that an item arrives with a significant manufacturing defect, such as a tear or stitching flaw directly related to production.
To request a review, please contact us at info@mimeninababy.com within 48 hours of receiving your order and include clear photos of the issue.
Our team will carefully evaluate the case and, if approved, provide a suitable replacement or repair solution.
Important Notes
– All pieces are thoroughly inspected and carefully packaged before dispatch.
– MIMENINA is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs procedures in the destination country.
– Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow its journey.
