Refunds

Thank you for supporting MIMENINA! We’re a small, family-focused business dedicated to providing quality baby products. If you decide to return an item, we’ll be happy to issue a store credit.

This store credit will be provided as a digital gift card, which will remain active for 6 months from the date of issue.

Please note that refunds to the original payment method will only be provided if we are unable to fulfill your order due to inventory issues.

No other exceptions apply.

 

Conditions for Returns:

Items eligible for store credit returns must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. They need to arrive back to us within this 14-day period to qualify for a return. This timeframe applies to both domestic and international orders.

Returned items should be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Please note: Original shipping fees are not refundable.

FINAL SALE & CLEARANCE ITEMS: Products marked as “sale,” those bought during special promotions (such as Summer Final Sale, Black Friday), items from clearance sections with discounts of 20% or more, custom items, socks, jewelry, special orders, holiday items, and preorders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

For U.S. orders, a prepaid return label will be provided after the return is aproved, but the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount. International customers must arrange their own return shipping back to MIMENINA.

If, after your return, the total value of kept items falls below the minimum for free shipping (e.g., $150), the original shipping fee will be charged before issuing store credit.

Please ensure only eligible items are sent back. If non-returnable items are returned, any additional shipping fees will be your responsibility and no store credit will be processed. 

 

How to Return Items:

  1. Initiate returns by logging into your MIMENINA customer account at https://shopify.com/60783460590/account to access our self-service return portal.

  2. Securely package the items for return. If you’re using our original packaging, please remove any labels not relevant to your return.

  3. Once your return is received and processed, you’ll get an email confirmation. Store credit processing typically takes up to 5 business days.

 

Non-Compliant Returns

Items that don’t meet our return requirements will be sent back to the customer at their expense. Unclaimed items or items where the customer declines to pay return shipping will be held for 2 months before being donated to charity.

 

Returning Gifts

If you received an item as a gift and need to return it, please reach out to us at info@mimeninababy.com. Note that items bought as gifts on sale cannot be exchanged. For gifts returned more than 14 days after delivery, we may review the return on a case-by-case basis. Our standard return policies will still apply.

 

Gift Cards

MIMENINA offers digital gift acrds. Digital gift cards are sent directly to the recipient’s email. These are redeemable toward purchases on our website but cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or misplaced, nor exchanged for cash.

 

Store Credit Terms

Store credits are issued to the original buyer and are valid for 6 months from the issuance date. They cannot be transferred to another person. Store credit balances can be viewed in the Store Credit section of your MIMENINA account and used at checkout as a payment method. Store credits are not redeemable for cash.

 

Free Shipping Orders & Store Credit Adjustments

If your order qualified for free shipping but you return items that lower your total below the minimum free-shipping threshold, we’ll deduct the cost of the original shipping from your store credit.

 

Abuse of the Return Policy

MIMENINA reserves the right to decline returns if we notice any misuse of our return policy.
