Shipping policy

 

We strive to process and dispatch orders promptly, ensuring the swift shipment of in-stock items. Once an order is placed, cancellation is not possible. Please allow an average of 3-5 business days for order processing, though processing times may vary during peak seasons like Summer, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, as well as during sales periods.

The cut-off time for orders is 12:00 pm EST; orders placed after this time are treated as if they were received on the next business day. Upon dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number for monitoring your order status.

Shipping Holidays:
We do not ship on weekends or observed holidays. Notable holidays for 2023 include Columbus Day on Oct. 9, Veterans Day on Nov. 11, Thanksgiving on Nov. 23, and Christmas on Dec. 25. and 31.

Expedited Shipping:
If you require expedited shipping or have a specific timeframe shorter than our regular processing times, contact us at info@mimeninababy.com or our phone number for assistance. This applies to all packages, including Next Day or 2 Day Shipping. If no contact is made, we assume regular processing times.

Shipping Costs:
For Domestic USA & PR, shipping rates and estimated arrival times are calculated during checkout. We use USPS, DHL, UPS, and FedEx carriers, offering various shipping methods. Orders over $150 USD receive FREE SHIPPING via Ground Shipping. Free shipping can’t be combined with any discount code. 

International Orders:
International shipping rates are calculated during checkout. Duties, tariffs, and customs fees are included in order to prevent customer from receiving surprise fees. 

Shipping Claims & Liability:
Choose shipping options with insurance if desired.

Damaged Packages:
If you suspect shipping damage or receive a damaged item, contact us within 24-48 hours. Our team will work to resolve the issue, with the resolution determined on a case-by-case basis.

Lost or stolen packages:

Once dispatched to the carrier, we are not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen packages, including those shipped for free. For issues, contact the local carrier with your tracking number and file a claim. Exceptions apply if the customer has paid for an insurance. Any notification of lost packages should be done within the 14 days after the order has been shipped. Any notification of damaged packages should be done within the 14 days after the order has been delivered.
