How long does it take to complete a custom piece?
Each design is different, so timing depends on the complexity and level of detail. However, we usually ask for a minimum of 3 weeks from the moment your order is confirmed until it’s ready to be shipped. Quality takes time, and love, too.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, absolutely! We work with UPS and DHL to ship our creations all over the world. Whether you're in a big city or a tiny town in the mountains — we'll get there.
Are the pieces made to measure?
Only if you want them to be!
Made-to-measure pieces involve custom pattern creation, which comes with an additional cost. If you prefer, we also offer our standard sizing, and we’ll help you choose the best fit based on your baby’s measurements.
Can I choose the fabrics?
Of course. If you already have something in mind (a color or texture you love), just let us know. If not, we’ll suggest fabrics that match your design, desired volume, season, event type, and temperature — yes, we think of everything!
Will I get photos of the process?
Yes! Even though everything happens remotely, we love making you part of the journey. We send photos at key moments:

How many pieces can I order?
As many as you want! Whether it’s one special dress or a full matching set for cousins, siblings, or a whole birthday party — we’re here to make it happen.
Can I send you my own design idea?
Absolutely. While we do have our own designs, our atelier specializes in creating unique, made-to-order pieces. If you have something specific in mind — a sketch, a reference, or just a vision — tell us about it. We love bringing ideas to life.
Can I reserve a date in advance?
Yes, and we highly recommend it — especially for special moments like birthdays, weddings, or a baby’s arrival.
To secure your spot in our production calendar, we ask for a $50 reservation fee, which is later deducted from the total amount of your order. It’s our way of locking in your timing and ensuring we can give your piece the attention it deserves.
How does the ordering process work?
Once you submit your inquiry, we’ll get in touch to confirm availability, understand your vision, and guide you through the first steps.
To officially reserve your spot and begin working on your piece, we require a 70% upfront payment. This payment serves as confirmation of your order, allowing us to move forward with fabric selection, embroidery planning, and production.
The remaining 30% is paid once your piece is complete and ready to be shipped.
From start to finish, we’ll keep you involved through every step — from fabric suggestions to photos of the embroidery and final piece. It’s a truly personal and collaborative process.
What’s the difference between the signature pieces available on your website and designing my own?
The signature pieces on our website are based on our signature designs — they’re created exactly as shown, with the possibility to make small adjustments, such as changing the fabric color or adding personalized embroidery (names, initials, numbers, or letters).
Designing your own piece, however, is a fully bespoke experience.
It’s a creative process crafted exclusively for your child, where every element — from the silhouette and fabrics to the embroidery and finishing details — is tailored to your vision.
The result is a one-of-a-kind piece, designed and handmade from start to finish in our atelier, just for you.
